How it Works

Adam Telehealth is Direct Healthcare (cash pay) Membership Model, allowing patients and providers to manage care without insurance companies dictating patient healthcare which often places delays and restrictions on much needed treatment. We do not bill or coordinate services with insurance companies. However, patients may have the option to utilize their insurance for labs, prescriptions, imaging when applicable depending on their plan.

Member Benefits

All Telehealth visits, unlimited messaging, discounted professional grade supplements and access to discounted functional health labs are all included in our affordable monthly membership. Members also can utilize our network of compounding pharmacies to have bio-identical hormones, peptides, compounded medications, GLP-1 weight loss peptides, and medications shipped directly to their home!

We do not prescribe "controlled" medications (i.e. Adderall, Phentramine, Xanax, etc) aside from testosterone in Arizona and Oregon (depending on individual state laws).

What Does It Include?

Our membership model includes:

A 45 minute comprehensive intake appointment where we discuss patient concerns, goals, and next steps including labs and initial recommendations to improve your quality of life!
Approximately 2 weeks later we will review your labs and/or how you're feeling with your initial plan of care!
Thereafter patients will receive a set 30 minute follow visit every 4-6 weeks or as needed (sooner or later) for concerns or questions that cannot be addressed via the secure patient messaging system.
Asynchronous visits and medication refill requests are included.
Unlimited messaging with your provider.

We are not a primary care service and ask that patients establish care with a PCP.

Commitment & Cancelation

There is no minimum membership term required. Membership fees are billed at $99.00 monthly. Patients may cancel at anytime with a 7 advanced day notice from next billing cycle.

We encourage members to personally commit to a minimum of 6 months to really make their health and wellness a priority!
